For engraving, it's recommended to use the lens with a focal length of 38.1/50.8mm, while for cutting, lenses with focal lengths of 63.5/76.2/101.6mm are more commonly used.

How to clean the CO2 laser lens: 1. Use an air bulb to blow off any loose contaminants from the optic surface. 2. Lay a lens tissue on the optic's surface, apply a few drops of acetone, and drag the tissue across the optic to remove smudges and fingerprints. 3. Dampen a cotton swab or ball with white distilled vinegar, wipe the optic's surface, and then immediately wipe with a cotton swab dampened with acetone to remove any acetic acid.
