CO2 Laser Lens for Engraving and Cutting 40W-200W

The CVD ZnSe Laser Lens is made of high-class CVD ZnSe material (US II-VI), ensuring a more stable laser system and excellent high-power density endurance. It is compatible with laser powers ranging from 40W to 200W.

The lens has a diameter of 20mm/0.79", a focal length of 50.8mm/2", and a thickness of 2.0-2.2mm/0.08". Its transmittance is ≥99.8%.

The lens undergoes an exquisite production process, including a superb double-sided solid coating, which increases its service life. The precision slicing, polishing, and grinding processes reduce laser loss, making the lens wipe-resistant, highly temperature-resistant, and with excellent optical properties, resulting in high working efficiency.

The CVD ZnSe Laser Focus Lens has a smaller focusing spot size, allowing the energy to be more concentrated, making the CO2 laser engraving and cutting machines more efficient.

These CO2 replacement laser lenses are primarily used in CO2 laser engraving and cutting applications.

The lens shape is Plano-convex, with some meniscus shapes that may be mixed in during the manufacturing process, but they have the same effect as the Plano-convex shape.

Regarding the causes of lens breakage and related tips: 1. Ensure good air cooling to prevent the lens from overheating and cracking due to excessively high temperatures. 2. Avoid condensation water drops in the lens barrel, which can lead to lens breakage. 3. Keep the lens clean and free from the debris of cut or engraved materials, as prolonged uneven heating can cause breakage. Clean the lens with a cotton ball dipped in absolute alcohol or acetone. 4. When adjusting the light path, ensure the laser does not accidentally hit the edge of the lens or the junction of the lens barrel, as this can result in breakage.

Before replacing or installing the lens, please confirm the diameter and focal length. It is recommended to use a convex-upward, flat, or concave-facing lens shape for the engraving or cutting material.
